COLLEGEAMERICA IN DENVER CELEBRATES 71 NEW GRADUATES
Denver, CO – The CollegeAmerica Denver campus awarded 71 degrees during the 2017–2018 academic year. In celebration of the accomplishments of those graduates, a commencement ceremony will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, June 8.
“Graduation is always a special event,” said Suzanne Scales, executive director of the CollegeAmerica Denver campus. “More than a ceremony to celebrate a milestone, it is a true reminder of what we do and why we do it – to honor those students that we have come to know and care about. I am so proud of each and every one of these graduates, many of whom have overcome great obstacles to get to this day! Congratulations, and on to success!”
As a career-focused institution, CollegeAmerica helps students across Arizona and Colorado fast-track a successful career path. With flexible class schedules and smaller-than-average class sizes, students can tailor their experience to fit their needs and goals.
“I’m excited that I’m finally able to go out and work in the field that I’ve always wanted to work in since I was little!” said Sharai Archuleta, a CollegeAmerica graduate from the medical specialties program. “It went by pretty fast.”
The commencement ceremony will take place at Denver North High School, located at 2960 Speer Blvd. in Denver.
